My business partner and I have 25+ years in the staffing industry , and I wanted to write a couple of tips for prospects who are looking to work with a staffing agency/ staffing professional.
1- Do your research on the staffing agency and/or staffing professional, it is okay to interview the recruiter/ staffing professional on their experience, positions and industries they have worked on and within the past/ current.
2- A good staffing professional is effective with their questions and will engage you on the
following, character, technical skill-sets, accomplishments, tenure & will follow-up with you in a timely manner.
3- Do not make the mistake in putting all your eggs in one basket, do not rely on recruiter or
staffing agency as your main resource, the best resource will always be you, keep applying and connecting with decision makers within respective industries.
