Large international Sr Associate - Real Estate development company with developments in US and abroad is looking for a Real Estate Analyst with the specific experience.

• Ability to work with CEO -CFO on complex deal structures .

• Ability to negotiate bank and loans in large joint venture agreements.

• Must have experience in large real estate transaction specifically in multifamily, commercial and hospitality experience a plus

• This role is an analyst, not a broker or sales role. Wall Street Persona required

 

We offer a large base of $150-200K plus various levels of executive compensation bonuses. This is a highly paid role.
