Property Manager 
Market Value Properties

A real estate development & construction company is looking for a property manager located in Homestead with experience in working with market value properties. This person will handle the following:

• Excellent managerial skills, leadership, prioritizing, decision taking, administrative and organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Apartment leasing and assistance to residents , building relationships.

• Maintain records on all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements 

• Bilingual-English/Spanish

• 4+ years of experience in managing properties

• Knowledge of Fair housing laws

• Leasing experience

• Yardi Voyager experience a plus

Salary:

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
