Insurance company based in LATAM is looking for a bilingual Financial Clerk that has experience in working within the financial services industries such as banking or insurance. This individual will assist with the following:

• Maintain the current files of our several clients

• Verify that our prospective clients have met all the requirements that comply with the standards the company has set

• Identify and help the prospective clients meet the requirements when filling out their applications

• Investigate and correct errors in accounts

• Interpret financial reports

 

Requirements 

• MUST speak, read, and write Spanish and English Fluently

• Experience working in the financial services sector such as Banking or Insurance

• Associates degree is a plus

• Great customer service skills !
