Real Estate Development and Construction Firm is looking for a Leasing Agent located in Homestead, FL in order to assist our property managers with the following: 

• Provide information about market rent

• Process renter information and paperwork

• Schedule property visits and guide property tours

• Process tenant applications and security deposits

 

Qualifications: 

• 2 years of experience in leasing

• Good communication skills

• Knowledge of Yardi

• Bilingual: English and Spanish

• Basic knowledge in market rent and rental assistance programs,

 

Salary:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
